  Not enough staff 7 customers waiting..1 teller and 1 personal banker..wait for personal banker is so long some left..where is the time for customers to wait ? I had to stay as there is no other option ..

  They have hopeless bankers. Last year, one of their bankers went on a holiday without noticing me nor my conveyancer. When the settlement was approaching neither of us could find him. He did return any email or call. Then I had to take a half day off from work to meet their branch manager to escalate my case. My loan only became settlement ready just one day before the settlement.
  
  This year I consolidated my fixed rate and variable rate home loan accounts into one account. But their banker didn't finish the job nicely leaving about $593 debt on one of the old accounts. One of their bankers Maggie called me about this and I said I will pay it. I tried to transfer the fund the same day but kept getting an error from the online banking system. The next day she called again, I asked if she could check the account on her end. But she said everything was fine, it was my problem as I didn't operate correctly. I confirmed with her again she said the account were fine, just transfer the money. Then i tried again, same error popped up. I tried to call this branch the next day but no one could find Maggie. I called a few times then I was directed to the Call Centre. They sent me back to their branch manager. Turned out that account was inactive and customers didn't have any authorisation to do anything. The branch manager solved this problem in 2 minutes. The banker Maggie had no idea what she was doing.

  Slow service sometime. The manager is nice and helpful but seem like they always having new staffs and they are not good and quick enough.

  Friendly, helpful staff. Good parking at front of the building with a mix of 15m and 1hr spaces.
  
  ATM at the front could be better sheltered from the weather.

  Appalling and very rude service by the female bank teller she looked like she couldn’t be bothered in doing her job properly!!! If I could I would if given zero stars for service!!!
