    I have to give them 1 Star in order to make this review. In fact, they deserve nothing but raspberries.

    Shocking customer services, after making numbers of attempt to contact them to follow and make some changes for an existing building contract.

    Left emails, voice messages, sms(s) no return call or reply. We eventually have to drive to headquarter office to get our issues sorted out. A simply phone call would have resolved the situation.

    They were nice and responsive before the contract signed. Don't waste your tine with this over-advertised builder. There are hundreds of builder out there. Just explore your options.
