- Rohan Saint Clair Added August 18, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Harmon group is by a long way the worst builder of residential property in Victoria. Waterproofing missing from bathrooms, flashing cut short and missing from first floor walls, the list goes on. The builder himself made numerous attempts to avoid us in the past and fob us off. As someone who works in the industry and has done for 18 years, I do not know how this company is still in business. Do not buy a home that was built by Paul Harmon. It will cost your tens of thousands of dollars more that the sale price. Pity i have to give at least one star.
