- Val F Added May 01, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been renting a property with this agency for about 8 months and they have been an absolute nightmare to deal with when it comes to repairs - be it urgent or not. For an urgent leakage on a saturday morning, which has wet the carpet, the agent has instructed the emergency plumber to tell me to turn off the main valve and put some towels under the leakage and to wait till monday. I have tried making direct contact with her but she hasn't replied to my messages or my call/voicemail.
I have rented properties from various other agents but have never come across such unprofessional services. This agency has costed me my interest, lost time at work, lots of sleepless nights and my health.
